Admin Assistant
Looking for an organised and passionate person to join the KWJ Piano School family as an Admin assistant. Background in music and piano not necessary, must love kids and be able to interact with children comfortably.
Key roles:
- To man the front desk of the piano school during operating hours. (Late start on weekdays, 11am/12pm), Holiday in December.
- Handle new enquiries and give information about the school as well as schedule lessons and trials into free slots.
- Keep track of teachers' schedules.
- Help out with any other admin duties that are required.
Free use of the piano studios and access to our library of piano books.
Free use of computer to surf the web, and allowed to do personal things during quiet periods.
